Ingredients yum yum meatloaf

2 1/2 lb beef or turkey
2 each eggs
1/2 cup milk
3 each slices of bread
1 1/2 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayane pepper
1 packages meatloaf seasoning if desired (not required but makes moist)

how to make yum yum meatloaf

perheat oven to 375

turn slices of bread into breadcrumbs ..toast & bake is what I do ..

mix meat with seasoning. until well blended then one egg at a time & milk .. then bread crumbs ..

shaped into loaf drop into loaf pan cook for one hour .. or until done

I add sweet relish on top.. then ketchup (a lot) before sticking into the oven
