Ingredients white pineapple cupcakes


1 1/2 cup A.p flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
1/4 tsp Salt
2 large Eggs
2/3 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Unsalted Butter melted
2 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 cup Milk
10 oz Crushed pineapple

how to make white pineapple cupcakes


Preheat oven to 350°


Whisk flour, bk. Pwdr, salt together.


In another bowl best eggs and sugar until light and fluffy (bout 2 min).. While beating, add butter and vanilla.


While mixing slowly, add half of dry ingredients, then all the milk, followed by the rest of dry ingredients.


Add (drained-save juice) crushed pineapple and stir in. take care not to over mix.


Fill cupcake pan with liners or pan spray. Fill 1/2 -3/4 of the way full.


Bake at 350° for 20-25 mins untill tooth pick comes out clean.


Look for pineapple buttercream frosting!
