Ingredients twice baked sweet potatoes
6 medium sweet potatoes
1 packages cream cheese
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp vanilla extract
3/4 tsp salt
how to make twice baked sweet potatoes
Preheat oven to 350degrees
Bake potatoes till soft
In a large bowl combine cream cheese, brown sugar, butter, vanilla and salt.
When potatoes are done and cooled to touch cut in half and scoop out flesh into cream cheese mixture.
Whip mixture
Spoon mixture back into potatoe skins
Bake for about 5 minutes
