Ingredients turkey broccoli and mushroom frittata
4 oz Ground Turkey
2 tbsp Butter
4 large Mushrooms
1/3 cup Onion
4 Eggs
1 cup Broccoli
3/4 cup Cheese
how to make turkey broccoli and mushroom frittata
Melt butter. Add mushrooms, turkey, broccoli and onion.
Beat eggs in a large bowl and add to pan.
Cook until eggs are partially cooked.
Preheat broiler.
Put cheese on eggs and place pan in oven. Broil till eggs are set.
