Ingredients stuffed pork


1 cup Cheddar cheese
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
6 slice Bacon
4 slice Thick pork chops
1 Bread crumbs
1 Egg
1 Butter

how to make stuffed pork


Cook bacon


Brown pork chops on each side (about 4 minutes on each side)


Preheat oven to 375


Cut slit in middle of pork chop and stuff with cheese and bacon mixture


Seal pork chops with a tooth pick


Place pork chops in greased baking dish


Wash each pork chop with egg mixture and top with bread crumbs


Place a slice of butter between each pork chop and bake for 30-40 minutes until cooked through
