Ingredients roasted butternut squash
8 cup cubed butternut squash
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/4 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 425.
Toss squash with oil. Combine spices and sprinkle over squash. Toss to coat.
Spread in single layer on two baking sheets. Bake 40 min, turning every 10.
