Ingredients red lobster parmesan crusted tilapia


4 tilapia fillets
1 non-stick cooking spray
1/2 lb linguinecooked
parmesan crust
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese(pre-shredded)
parmesan base
1/2 cup parmesancheese (shredded)
1 tbsp parsley dried
10 oz preparedrefrigerated Alfredo sauce
parmesan cream sauce
2 tbsp freshbasilchopped
1/4 cup chablis or chardonnaywine
1/4 cup half and half

how to make red lobster parmesan crusted tilapia


preheat over 425


spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Place fish in the dish;set aside


in small bowl,mix panko and 1/2 cheese to make crust for topping;set aside


to assemble the parmesan base,place 1/2 cup parmesan cheese,1 tbsp,parsley and Alfredo sauce in medium bowl and stir well.


remove 1/2 cup of mixture (reservethe restto make the cream sauce)brush onto the fish,making a thick,even coating on fish. Evenly sprinkle the parmesan crust on top of fish. Bakeon top shelf of oven for 15-20 minutes or til golden brown.


meantime make cream sauce. place remaining parmesan base in medium sauce pan,and the fresh basil,wine and half & half and heat over medium heat until the sauce is simmering,stirring often


toss the parmesan cream sauce and the linguine together and serve with the fish.sprinkle with additional cheeseif desired
