Ingredients potato crusted fried chicken


2 cup Dehydrated potato flakes
3 Eggs
1 lb Boneless/skinless chicken breast
4 cup Peanut oil
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Cracked black pepper
1/2 tbsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Parsley flakes
1 pinch Paprika

how to make potato crusted fried chicken


In a medium to large sauce pot, preheat oil to 350°F


Crack the eggs into a medium bowl, beat them slightly


In a second medium bowl, combine potato flakes, salt, pepper, garlic, parsley, and paprika, mix slightly.


Dip the chicken into the eggs, then the dry ingredients.


Slowly lower the breaded chicken into the hot oil, cook until the chicken is a golden brown color and is floating in the oil, allow to dry on a paper towel and enjoy!
