Ingredients pepper garlic crusted tenderloin steaks with port sauce
2 tsp black peppercorns
1/2 tsp salt
3 clove garlicminced
1/4 cup port wine
1/4 cup beef broth
1 tbsp choppedfresh thyme
4 oz 4 beef tenderloin steakstrimmed(1 inch thick)

crush peppercorns,combine with salt & garlic.rub evenly over steaks.
heat large non stick skillet over med-high heat. add steaks to pan.
reduce heat; cook 4 min. on each side or until desired doneness.
remove from pan. cover & keep warm.
add port & broth to pan,stirring to loosen browned bits. cook until reduced to 1/4 cup.bout 3 min.
place 1 steak on each of 4 plates;drizzle with sauce. sprinkle with thyme.
