Ingredients meatloaf
2 3/4 lb beef
1 onion
2 eggs
2 cup milk
2 cup bread crumbs
1 salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp mustard
1/2 cup ketchup
how to make meatloaf
preheat oven to 350
combine all ingredients
form in loaf and place in greased pan
combine final 3 ingredients and spread on top
cook for 1 1/2 hours, gradually increasing heat to 365 around 45 minutes
