1/2 kg Flour. (0.5 kg)
1 1/4 cup Warm water.
4 tbsp Oil.
1 tbsp Dry yeast.
1 tsp Sugar.
1 tsp Salt.

Mix the flour, yeast and the sugar in a bowl.
Make a small hole in the mixture and pour one glass of water and the oil. ( save the 1/4 water for later)
Knead all to a dough for 10 min. ( the should be sticky this stage )
Dissolve the salt with the rest of the water and add to the dough , Knead for another 5-10 min.
Cover the bowl and put in a warm place for 20 min. (I put it under my blanket)
Wet your hands and fold the dough till you get flexible texture.
Preheat oven to 200c.
Flour the work surface and oil your hands.
Make a large strips from the dough and flour them then cover for 15 min.
Flour your baking sheet and bake for 40 min till you get strong brown color.
Serve cold . ( not fridge )
