gamberoni allaglio

Ingredients gamberoni allaglio


4 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion
6 clove garlic
1/2 tsp crushed red peppers
2 stick of butter
3 lb medium fresh shrimpshelled n tails removed
1 cup white wine
6 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped (1 tbsp dry)
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 lb angel hair pastacooked according to package dirrection
2 stick of butter

how to make gamberoni allaglio


Heat oil in a sautè pan. Add onion and sautè 2 minutes. Add garlic and red peppers, do not burn the garlic. Sautè 1 minute, add shrimp and cook 1-2 minute.


Add butter, wine, parsley , salt n pepper.Simmer until sauce thickness slightly and shrimp turn from opaque to pink.


Place cooked, drained pasta on a large platter. Evently distribute shrimp and sauce over pasta and serve immediately.
