cranberry glazed pork chops

Ingredients cranberry glazed pork chops


4 large pork chops
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 packages dry onion soup mix
1 can campbell's tomato soup
1 tsp olive oil. (reg. oil is fine)

how to make cranberry glazed pork chops


preheat oven, 375°F.


mix tomato soup, onoin soup, and cranberry sauce in sauce pan on med heat. stir often.


heat oil in large skillet and braise chops on med high heat for 90 to 120 seconds on each side.


add chops to baking dish and pour sauce over chops.


bake at 375 for 30 minutes.


serve. goes good with scalloped potatoes and green beans.
