Ingredients cabbage burgers
1 lb Ground Beef
6 lb Bread Dough
1 dash Salt
1 dash Pepper
8 cup Water
1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 head Cabbage
1/2 White Onion
4 cup Flour (to roll dough on)

Let dough rise. Either in fridge overnight or method of your choice.
Preheat oven to 350°F
Brown ground beef in pan.
While beef is cooking, finely shred cabbage and onion together in food processor.
When beef is done and cabbage and onion are shredded, put all 3 in a large pot.
Add water and boil over medium heat.
Add sugar, salt, and pepper to taste. Feel free to add more of any of these 3 spices to your taste.
Let boil uncovered for about half an hour.
Roll out dough into 6" diameter circles.
Using a large spoon, place cabbage and beef mixture into the center of the dough. Leave an inch or two of dough around the edges.
Pinch dough together in shape of your choice. I personally make them into turnover shapes.
Place on nonstick baking sheet and bake for 20-25 mins.
