Ingredients buttercream icing for decor
4 oz butter
8 oz icing sugar
2 tbsp milk
how to make buttercream icing for decor
Beat butter and some of the icing sugar until smooth.
Add the remaining icing sugar with milk.
Beat until creamy.
This icing will cover and fill a 20cm sandwich cake.
Store in a airtight container in the refrigerator for several weeks if necessary.
