Ingredients basalmic rosemary roasted pork loin
2 lb Pork Loin
2 cup Basalmic vinegar
1 bunch Fresh Rosemary
3 clove Garlic minced
1 tbsp Whole Black Peppercorns

Add all ingredients together in bowl. This makes your marinade. Marinate for 1 hour. Turning pork loin after 30 min.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Optional: after one hour of marinating, put pork loin on grill to give it that mesquite taste.
Sear on both sides on high heat with a lil oil in saute' pan. Then place on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 min or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Serve sliced and garnish with a sprig or two of Rosemary
