Ingredients apple smiles
1 smooth peanut butter
1 red apple cored and sliced into eighths
1 Lemon squeezed
1 miniature marshmallows
how to make apple smiles
Spread peanut butter on one side of each apple slice (squeeze a little lemon juice over the apple if not serving immediately).
Place 4 to 8 (depends on the size of the apple) miniature marshmallows on one apple slice and then lay another apple slice, peanut butter side down, on top.
