Ingredients watermelon mojito
1/2 cup Light rum
2 cup Watermelon puree
1/2 cup Simple syrup
6 tbsp Lime juice

Put ingredients in pitcher. Stir and serve with ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves
Crush mint leaves with a morter and pestle.
Make simple syrup by dissolving 1c sugar in a pan with 1c water
