1920 ml milk or dairy-free alternative
85 grams (3oz) of my vanilla pudding mix recipe from link below
113 grams sugar
2 tsp rum or rum extract
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg plus a sprinkling for decoration

In a large bowl or pan, mix the pudding with the milk and sugar
Simmer on the stove or in the microwave until slightly thickened then add the rum and nutmeg. You can use instant pudding mix and leave out the heating part
Chill in the fridge for an hour before pouring into glasses and enjoying with a sprinkle of nutmeg on top!
