Ingredients sponge cake
3/4 cup corn flower
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp bi-carb soda
1 tsp cream of tata
4 eggs
how to make sponge cake
sift all dry ingredients into separate bowl
separate egg whites, beat until soft peaks
keep yolks
slowly add sugar to egg whites and beat again
add yolks one by one while continuing to beat.
add dry mixture, folding it together with spatula, being careful not to knock the air out of the mixture
place in cake tin and bake at 180°F for 30 min or until golden brown and bounces back when touched
