Ingredients spaghetti sauce napoli
1 can Tomato Puree
1 can Crushed Tomato
1/4 cup Red Sweet Wine (of choice)
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 clove Fresh Garlic (sliced thin)
1/4 cup Parsley
3 tbsp Oregano
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 dash Basil
1 dash Thyme
1 dash Rosemary
2 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper

Heat oil on medium in sauce pan.
Add Garlic, saute on low until slightly golden brown.
Add Puree and Crushed Tomato, stir.
Add wine, stir.
Add remaining ingredients, stir.
Bring sauce to boil on medium heat stirring constantly.
Cover and simmer sauce until ready to use, stirring occasionally.
Serve over pasta.
