Ingredients sausage balls
1 lb Sausage
1 cup biscuit mix
1 1/3 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
5 dash Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup Red onion minced
2 clove Garlic minced
how to make sausage balls
Brown sausage,crumbled and drain when done.
Saute onions and garlic til tender.
Place brown sausage in a large bowl. Add biscuit mix, cheese, and all the other ingredients to the sausage and mix well.
Roll into 1 inch balls, place on greased pan. Bake at 400 until golden brown, about 15 - 20 minutes.
