2 cup butter
3 cup sugar
6 eggs
4 cup flour
2/3 cup milk

Preheat oven 350°. Grease 3- 8x4 inch loaf pans, then line with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Beat in the flour alternately with the milk, mixing until incorporated.
Pour batter evenly into prepared loaf pans. Bake for 70 minutes. After removing them from oven, immediately loosen edges with knife. Allow to cool for 10 minutes then remove from pans. Strip off paper then cool.
