pork stroganoff

Ingredients pork stroganoff


500 grams Pork diced
2 tbsp Olive Oil or Cooking Oil
3 cup Chicken Stock
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
2 cup Mixed Frozen Vegetables
2 tbsp Mild Mustard
4 tsp Cornflour (to thicken)
1 cup Sweet White Wine
1 cup Sour Cream
1 large Onion diced

how to make pork stroganoff


Combine Sour Cream, Paprika, Pepper and Salt in a bowl.


Heat large pan with olive oil, add diced pork and diced onions, fry until pork is light brown.


Add Mustard and stir well.


Stir in Sour Cream mixture.


Cover with Stock and bring to boil.


Add frozen vegetables.


Add Cornflour and stir until nice and thickened (not to thick)


Add Wine.


Keep heat on high and keep on stirring for another 3-5 minutes.


Serve with Rice or Noodles.
