Ingredients pecans
1/2 cup butter
2 egg whites
1 cup sugar
3 cup pecans
1 dash salt
how to make pecans
Melt butter in cooklie sheet at 325°F.
Beat egg whites till soft peaks form.
Gradually add sugar and salt till stiff peaks form.
Fold in pecans - spread in cookie sheet.
Bake at 325°F for 30 - 35 minutes.
Salt pecans every 10 minutes before turning while cooking.
