Ingredients pancakes
1 pints Milk
3 Eggs
1 pinch Salt
8 oz Self raising flour
how to make pancakes
Whisk the milk and eggs together.
Then whisk in the flour and salt.
Cook over a medium heat flame or hot plate.
Turn over the pancake with a spatula when air bubbles in mix have evaporated.
Stop cooking when the mix is a goldy-yelow colour.
(Depending on size you should get about 5-6 big or 10-12 medium or 14-16 small.)
