Ingredients pancakes
3/4 cup Buttermilk
1 Egg
4 tsp Vegetable oil
1 tbsp BrownBrown sugar
3/4 cup Whole wheat flour
1 tsp Double-acting baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
how to make pancakes
In medium mixing bowl combine Buttermilk, egg, oil, and sugar. And beat until thoroughly combined; add remaining ingredients, stirring until smooth.
Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet or a griddle with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium heat; using half of the batter, drop batter by heaping tablespoonfuls into skillet (or onto griddle), making 4 pancaks. Cook until bottom is browned and bubbles apear on surface, about 3 minutes
using pancake turner, turn pancakes over and cook until otherside is browned. Remvoe to serving plate and keep warm. Using rmaining batter, repeat procedure, spraying pan with cooking spray and making 4 more pancakes.
