Ingredients millionaire pie
8 oz Cream cheese softened
1/2 cup Sugar
8 oz Can of crushed pineapple undrained
1 cup Grated coconut
1 cup Chopped pecans
8 oz Carton of whipped topping thawed
1 9-inch pastry shell
how to make millionaire pie
Cream together the softened cream cheese & sugar.
Mix on high for 3 to 4 minutes
Stir in crushed pineapple, coconut & pecans. Mix well.
Carefully fold in half the whipped topping until well blended.
Pile filling in crust & chill for 2 hours.
Before serving add remaining whipped topping a garnish with a sprinkling of pecan.
