Ingredients mango salsa
2 Mango
1 each Jalapeno
1 Juice of whole lime
1/2 Onion
1/4 cup Cilantro
how to make mango salsa
Chop Onions fine or larger if desired
Cut jalapeno in half, remove seeds, unless you like more heat. Then process in food processor.
Peel mango and cut into small cubes, use the juice also.
squeeze lime, use all the juice
Mince cilantro
Stir all ingredients together, allow flavors to meld for at least at hour in the fridge, then serve with favorite chips.
You may adjust ingredients to your taste, add other favorites, be adventurous, you could create your new favorite healthy snack!
