Ingredients majors kale soup
1 medium onion
2 medium green peppers
3 clove garlic
1 bunch fresh kale
15 oz diced tomatoes
2 tbsp italian seasoning
1 beef bullion cube
48 oz tomato juice
32 oz water
how to make majors kale soup
chop and sautee first 3 ingredients in soup pot
add kale to wilt
add diced tomatoes
then add water and tomato juice
once boiling add Italian seasoning and beef bullion
let simmer for at least 2 hours on very low heat
