Ingredients ls eggs in bacon baskets
6 slice (Long wide) slices of bacon
5 Eggs
1 stalk of green onion
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Oregano
1 Preheated oven to 180°c = 350°F

Use a 6 muffins rack. No need to oil/butter the holes because bacon is fat and won't stick during the process.
Cut each strip of bacon in half. In order to get the basket formed you'll need wide pieces.
Place two pieces crossed in the muffin hole. Make sure to press them to the bottom and that their ends are sticking out upwards. Do the same to the remaining five holes.
In a bowl, mix the five eggs with the salt, black pepper and oregano.
Cut the green onion and add to the mixture.
You can add grated cheese for a richer flavor.
Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin holes. It might seem not enough, but it will rise in the oven.
In a preheated oven place the muffin rack for 30 minutes.
How to remove them from the holes - really simple, hold the bacon that is sticking out from the top and pick up the basket.
