Ingredients jamaican curry shrimp and crab rundown
2 can lump crab meat
2 dozen large shrimp pealed and devanned
1 onion
4 clove garlic
1 scotch bonnet pepper ( habenero)
1 bunch scallions
1 curry powder
1 can coconut milk
1 salt n pepper
1 butter
how to make jamaican curry shrimp and crab rundown
Dice onions, garlic, scallions and scotch bonnet pepper
Add diced veggies in sauce pan with half of stick of butter and sautee from 5-10 minutes
Add shrimp, salt and pepper, 2 tsps of curry powder and sautee for 5 minutes
Add coconut milk and crab meat let cook down for 10-15 minutes
Serve over white rice or boiled dumplings
