Ingredients flourless peanutbutter cookies
1 cup peanutbutter
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg

preheat oven to 350
mix all ingredients togther
drop by spoonful onto a greased cookie sheet
dip fork in sugar and flatten cookies
bake for 10 to 15 mins
