Ingredients cowboy caviar
2 can Black Beans
2 can Blackeyed Peas
2 can White Corn
2 can Rotel Tomatos w/ Green Chilis
1 bunch Green Onions
2 tbsp Cilantro
16 oz Zesty Italian Dressing
how to make cowboy caviar
Open the cans of blackeyed peas, black beans, corn, and Rotel and drain all the fluids.
Into a large bowl add the blackeyed peas, black beans, corn and Rotel.
Chop the green onions and add to the bowl.
Finely chop the cilantro and add two tablespoons to the bowl.
Add the zesty Italian dressing.
Chill and serve with tortilla chips. Scoops works best.
