Ingredients corn pudding
1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 pinch salt
1 1/3 cup butter
8 oz sour cream
1 can Creamed corn
how to make corn pudding
Preheat oven to 350°F
Combine all ingredients.
Add another 1/4 cup of butter to casserole dish.
Place dish in oven to melt butter.
Remove dish pour in mixture of ingredients and bake until brown.
