Ingredients chorizo stuffed mushrooms
1 packages Pork Chorizo
1/4 cup Finely Diced Onion
1/4 cup Grated Parmasean Cheese
1/2 cup Chopped Mushrooms & Stems
1/4 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1 packages Baby Portabello Mushrooms
how to make chorizo stuffed mushrooms
Cook 1 package of Chorizo, Diced Onions, Chopped Mushrooms & Stems on medium heat until Chorizo reduces slightly & onions become translucent. Approx.10 minutes.
Add Parmasean Cheese & Bread Crumbs.
Remove mixture from heat, set aside to cool.
Remove Stems & Gills from mushrooms.
Stuff mushrooms with cooled Chorizo mixture.
Bake in 350°F oven for 20 minutes.
