Ingredients chicken broccoli and rice casserole
1 lb chicken breast
2 packages instant white rice
2 cup broccolli
1 1/2 cup grated cheese
1 can cream of ckn
1 can cream of mshroom
1/2 cup sr cream
1 tbsp curry powder
1 dash pepper
how to make chicken broccoli and rice casserole
season ckn with pepper to taste
bake chicken covered on 400 for 45 min
cook broccolli until tender
follow directions give on box to prepare white rice
mix cream of ckn, mushroom and curry powder in bowl
cube or shred cooked ckn
add the cooked ckn, rice and broccoli into sauce mixture, mix well
empty contents into cassarole dish and heat in over for ten to fifteen min
remove from over cover with cheese and place in oven for 5 min
remove from oven and enjoy
