Ingredients cheese potato skins
1 Pure Olive Oil
1 Salt
1 Garlic Powder
4 large Potatos
1 Mozz cheese
1 Chedder cheese

Pre heat oven 450°
Scrub Potatos clean remove all dirt
Bake whole Potato 400 for 1 hour check 50 min remove when soft
Let cool 45 min Cut in half lengthwise Scoop out inside
Combine Oil, Salt, & Garlic powder in small bowl mix
Brush Oil & salt mixture on potato skins skin side up
Flip skins over Brush salt mixture bake 10 minutes n then flip skins again. Do this until golden brown.
Remove skins or pull out oven rack add cheese. Add a little at a time let melt then add more....
Continuance of step 9 Add cheese until potato full and evenly melted.
