5 each jalapenos
1 small onion
1 1/2 lb pork loin
5 each cactus
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup corn oil

heat oil in a skillet cook the pork loin


boil the tomatillos and jalapenos in water


in blender add jalapenos onion and tomatillo blend untill smooth


Peel the stickers from the cactus
