4 pork chops bone in
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
2 tsp all purpose seasoning

Mix spices together in a bowl
Pat dry pork chops.
Apply spice evenly to each pork chop both sides.
In a non stick pan cook pork chops evenly on both sides on low heat. Do not overcook as spice mixture will burn.
Serve hot. I usually serve with a side of slow cooked pear or apple reduction.
