Ingredients bihari kebobs


1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Red pepper
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Gram masala
1 dash Tumeric
1 tbsp Ginger
1 tbsp Garlic crushed
1/2 cup Youghart
3 tbsp Lemon juice
2 lb Beef thinly sliced

how to make bihari kebobs


Mix all ingredients in a bowl


Rub the paste on meat


Leave it in fridge for atleast a day


Leave in room temprature for an hour before cooking


Fire up your grill


Put the meat on skewers


Cook for 10 min each side or until dark red
