beef curry

Ingredients beef curry


2 large onions
1 pints chicken stock
2 tsp turmeric
3 cardamom pods
4 peppercorns
4 cloves
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp chilli powder
3 clove garlic
10 oz fat free nat yoghurt

how to make beef curry


add onions and 3/4 pint of stock and boil for ten minutes


reduce down and cook for 20 minutes


add all spices plus garlic and heat for 3-4 minutes.


add beef and remaining stock, cover and cook for 20 minutes.


add 4 tbsp of yoghurt and stir, gradually mix in rest of yoghurt.
