Ingredients banana jamwhitch
1 banana
3 tbsp strawberry jam
50 grams flour
50 grams butter
50 grams sugar
1 tsp nutmeg
how to make banana jamwhitch
get a bowl. put flour, cubes of butter, sugar and nutmeg in the bowl.
use the rub-in method until the mix is like breadcrums.
chop the banana up into slices (try make as many as possible or get another banana).
get half of the breadcrums and put it at the bottom of a baking tray. 2 1/2 inches from top to bottom should be enough.
put all the bananas on top of the breadcrums.
add the 3 tblspn of jam on top of the bananas.
put the rest of the breadcrums on top.
put it in the oven at gas mark 6 and leave it to go brown on top.
